USING CHAT.GPT & CANVA TO BULK CREATE CONTENT

STEP 1 - Write a Prompt in ChatGPT

  • Write your prompt, focusing on the content you want to generate.

STEP 2 - Copy the Text Into a Spreadsheet

  • Copy the generated content from ChatGPT.
  • Open a spreadsheet program like Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel. Paste the content into a cell (e.g., A2) in your spreadsheet.

STEP 3 - Tidy Up the Content

  • Widen columns to fit your content.
  • Move texts to another columns if needed.

STEP 4 - Label Your Columns Then Save Your Sheet as a CSV File.

STEP 5 - Make Your Design in Canva

  • Go to Canva and choose a design size.
  • Create your design with enough space for the text/content. Add elements, images, or branding as needed.

STEP 6 - Add Text Placeholders

  • Use the text tool to create placeholders for your content. Choose fonts and sizes that work well with your design.

STEP 7 - Bulk Create Your Content

  • In Canva, go to Apps and search for "Bulk Create."
  • Select Upload CSV and choose your saved CSV file.
  • Connect your text placeholders to the corresponding columns (e.g., [QUOTES]).

STEP 8 - Review and Edit Your Designs

  • Review each design for formatting and layout. Adjust text placement, size, and style as needed.

STEP 9 - Save Your Bulk-Created Designs
